We have rigorous quality control and store the seeds in proper conditions, 

You can read reviews and feedback on Extreme Seeds on various specialized forums.

• Order Fulfillment and Shipment.

Our clients can apply for a refund or exchange for damaged delivery within 30 days from the date of sending the order in the following cases:

1. If products are lost in transit.

After your claim, our managers contact the shipping company and conduct investigation to find the parcel.

2. If the products are damaged in transit. To file a claim, you need to submit:

• Declaration or order number.

• Photo of the damaged product in the package or near the package

The store will compensate for losses if the buyer files non-compliance complaint with the following criteria:

• non-germination of most seeds.

• wrong type of flowering (auto \ photo);

• non-female plantsfrom feminized seeds.

To apply for compensation, you must:

• fill out this form;

• send to [email protected]

• attach photos of damaged seeds along with packaging.

Important! We will not compensate if:

• The claim was filed after 30 days of the order.

• Some information is not provided.

• Expert opinion that the problem is not with the product.
